Spiritual Contracts
Before you step foot into a home, there are essential contracts that must be signed. In this module you will explore the emotional agreements you have made with yourself, as well as the agreements that need to be amended.
A Firm Foundation
The strength of any home is not in what it looks like outside, but the foundation it is built on. This module will explore and examine your spiritual foundation and where you may need to repair the cracks that have happened over time.
Know Your Value
Location is everything when it comes to a home, so where are you placing yourself in the world? Do you know your value as a daughter of God? You can't expand beyond where you feel worthy enough to be. It's time you see yourself as you were created, and not according to your circumstance.
Necessity & Desire
What do you really want? What are the non-negotiables for your life? Do you even know what they are; and have you been compromising on what you say you want and need? This is your one life; and this module will challenge you to fully live it.
Atmosphere & Energy
Every home has an energy and so do you. What is the atmosphere you set for your life? There is a difference between who you want to be and who you actually are. This module will show you how to spiritually bridge the gap and be the woman God made you to be.
Curb Appeal
Your outer being is a reflection of your inner light. As important as the inner work may be, know that you are also responsible for how you show up not just to the world, but for yourself. It's time to be at home with your body and the skin you are in. No matter your age, it's time to feel good about you!!
Homecoming Defined
Homecoming is a multi-layed experience for women who are ready to come back to the essence of who they are. It is both spiritual and emotional, as it will repair and restore the areas of your life where you have been walking wounded. At the same time it will call you to adjust your crown and remember that you are a royal priesthood and God's chosen vessel.
It involves a 9 month group experience where you will receive coaching on the topics relevant to coming home to yourself (listed above).
The group meets twice a month on Thursday evenings at 8pm EST for approximately 90 minutes. The first session will be March 7th 2024.
This group experience is your spiritual preparation for the retreat to Ghana in October 2024. You have the option to attend the group only; but all who will be attending the retreat must also be a part of the group process to ensure we are on one accord for the retreat experience.

Helping women to heal is not what I do, it is who I am. For me this is spiritual work; a Divine calling that has been my guiding compass for more than 25 years. And it is my honor and great joy to help you come home to yourself.
As an ordained minister, my work is guided by the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit. As a licensed therapist, I am skilled in helping you to get to the root of your pain. As a Black woman, I am deeply familiar with what it means to be disconnected from the best parts of yourself.
My intention is to walk along side of you as you call your energy back and reclaim the parts of you that have gotten lost in the busyness of life.
If you are in transition, I want give you the tools to discern what's next.
If your life has become cluttered and crowded, I want to support you in getting clear and removing what no longer serves you.
If you've been hurting, I want to lead you to the Great Physican who will help you to heal.
